Grand Plaza Southern Extension BROWNS PLAINS, QLD
The southern extension to Grand Plaza south of Brisbane has increased the centre's offer with a new East/West mall that connects to an extension of the existing southern mall. The development created two new, major entries to the centre and also incorporated rooftop and deck parking, resulting in improved pedestrian and vehicular access. The Buchan Group designed the original centre and the new design, while being a modern interpretation, successfully integrates with the existing. The $30M project for Colonial First State Property Management was completed in late 2006.
