Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre SYDNEY, NSW
Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre integrates retail, entertainment, commercial and bulky goods uses in one environment. The central focus of the development is a public square and entry to the centre that connects the retail to an adjacent residential precinct. The $65 M, 2-level shopping centre comprises a 26 000 m² IKEA store, two supermarkets, convenience retail, an 8-screen cinema complex and a food court, in a simple, logical plan with wide malls and abundant natural light.
The project for Walker Corp opened in 2004.
