VRC Headquarters FLEMINGTON, VIC
The new corporate headquarters of the Victoria Racing Club takes full advantage of its prime position at the head of the Flemington Straight. The development comprises approx 3500 m² office space arranged on two levels, accommodating Marketing, VRC Membership, Finance and Administration and Executive Offices. The Buchan Group designed all aspects of the building, including interiors and environmental graphic treatments to the workplace environment and Committee areas. The project was completed in 2005.
