Element on Coolum Beach is a luxury 3-level residential development situated in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. The design comprises 49 apartments arrayed around a large central courtyard and smaller court spaces, with active edge retail tenancies to the beach side at street level. The apartments are configured in one, two, three and four bedroom formats, and there are seven superior penthouses. The Buchan Group was also responsible for project graphics, signage and interior design.
The Ariadne development opened in 2006.
