The design for Goldman Apartments maximizes the prime riverfront location with views to the city of Perth. Each apartment occupies an entire floor and features a spacious balcony for outdoor entertaining. The ground floor entry level comprises a reception lounge, lift foyer, airconditioned cellar and a function kitchen to service the extensive garden entertaining area.
The project was completed in 1999.
