Keperra Sanctuary KEPPERA, QLD
IOOF's Keperra Sanctuary provides ageing in place in a staged care facility in suburban Brisbane. The first three stages of the development delivered 110 units designed around four configurations, a large community centre with associated recreational and sporting facilities and extensive landscaping. Later stages introduced a 43-bed hostel, a communal dining room and additional leisure amenities.
