South West Health Campus BUNBURY
The South West Health Campus at Bunbury is a shared facility between the government and a private health operator. The project comprises a 145-bed public hospital with a 15-bed psychiatric unit, managed by Bunbury Health Service, and an 80-bed private hospital for St John of God Health Care. Many common support services are shared, resulting in significant cost savings for both operators.
The $68M facility opened in 1999.
