The design for the $200 M award-winning redevelopment of Sydney's Finger Wharf retains the character of the heritage-listed 1910 structure while giving it new uses and a modern relevance.
The project comprises 345 apartments, a 104-room boutique hotel, restaurants, retail, a 63-berth marina, parking and high quality public spaces.
The Wharf at Woolloomooloo was developed by Walker Corp, Australand and Multiplex and opened in 2000.
